Introducing my new free live evening yoga classes—a space to release tension, relax, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, these classes are designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and find peace before bedtime.
What to Expect:
Gentle & Relaxing Yoga Flows: Each session will focus on deep stretches, mindful movement, and calming breathwork to help you de-stress and improve sleep quality.
Beginner-Friendly: No prior experience needed! Modifications and variations will be provided for all levels.
Live & Interactive: Connect with me and a community of like-minded yogis in real time.

Every Sunday evening (starting March 2nd)
