Hi, I’m Clémence — but you can call me Clem.
I’m a French yoga teacher, traveler, and lover of slow, meaningful living. I grew up moving around the world thanks to my dad’s job, and that early exposure to different cultures shaped everything about who I am today. I’ve lived, visited, and worked across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania — always guided by curiosity, human connection, and a love for discovering new places.
How yoga found me
While studying for my Master’s degree in Tourism & Event Management, I took my very first yoga class — and something in me shifted.
The practice became a grounding force through years of travel, study, and work, eventually inspiring me to train in multiple disciplines: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, AcroYoga, and even Flying Yoga.
I’ve now completed over 500 hours of teacher training in India, and I’ve taught across Central America, the Caribbean, Europe and beyond. Yoga has supported me through every chapter of my life, and my mission is to share its accessibility, softness, and depth with others.

Yoga, for me, is not about performance or aesthetics.
It’s about coming home to your body, learning to breathe again, releasing stress, and reconnecting with yourself in a world that moves too fast.
My classes are:
-
Approachable and inclusive — yoga truly is for everybody and every body.
-
Gentle but transformative — blending mindful movement with nervous-system regulation.
-
Rooted in real life — practices you can carry into your mornings, travels, relationships, and daily rhythms.

After leaving my corporate job, I followed my intuition toward a more intentional life.
I’ve been teaching yoga full-time, hosting retreats, guiding meditation on Insight Timer, and sharing my passion for conscious, sustainable travel.
My dream — now becoming real through clemasana — is to create spaces where people can breathe, reconnect, explore, and feel deeply supported.
What about you?
I’d love to know what brought you here.
Where are you on your yoga journey, and what are you seeking right now?
If you feel called, reach out, join a class, or explore an upcoming retreat — this is a space for you.

I don’t just teach yoga — I help design meaningful, nourishing retreat experiences.
If you’re looking for a retreat leader, host, or wellness consultant, I’d love to support your vision.
