Recently, I had the joy of joining the Naked Sustainability Podcast for a heartfelt conversation about two of my greatest passions: yoga and sustainable living. Saying yes to this invitation was easy—because for me, yoga and sustainability are not separate worlds, but deeply connected ways of living with more presence, balance, and respect for the Earth.

Why I Said Yes

When the podcast team reached out, I felt called to share my story. My path hasn’t been a straight line—from leaving corporate life to teaching yoga in the Caribbean, creating international retreats, and weaving sustainability into every part of my work. I believe stories like mine can inspire others to redefine what success means and to embrace a lifestyle that feels aligned with their values.

What We Spoke About

In the episode, we explored:

  • How sustainability is not just about the environment, but also about how we sustain ourselves—our energy, our well-being, our relationships.

  • How yoga has transformed my life and guided me into a slower, more intentional way of living.

  • The connection between retreats, travel, and creating spaces for people to reconnect with nature and themselves.

A Personal Reflection

One of my favorite moments was when we spoke about slow living—not as a trend, but as a practice of finding joy in simplicity. For me, this is at the heart of both yoga and sustainability: remembering that less can truly be more, and that real abundance comes from alignment, not accumulation.
